Why Would I Publicize Someone Else’s Seminar?
Choice. Most visitors to this site are people like you who are doing research on living trusts and how they work in Connecticut, as well as how much they should cost. I reward people like you who take the time to learn more about living trusts and compare the different options you have.
Some of the people at the seminar will not be able to resist the persuasive sales pitch and I can’t help them. If you are strong enough to resist a sales pitch then you are the kind of person I want to work with and I can provide a living trust estate plan at a significant fee reduction.
Enjoy the show and the food, but remember to take the Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates Savings Challenge before giving up your seminar certificate and paying significantly higher fees.

Do Living Trusts Expire?
Yes, Connecticut Revocable Living Trusts do expire. They expire when you, as the creator of the trust, decides it is time to end the trust. This could occur in any number of ways.
First, you may only need a Connecticut Revocable Living Trust to exist until children, grandchildren, or other beneficiaries reach a certain age. Once they reach that age, you can require that the Connecticut Revocable Living Trust ends.
Second, you may only need a Connecticut Revocable Living Trust to accomplish specific tax savings or asset protection goals. Once those goals are accomplished you can require that the trust end.
Third, you may only want a Connecticut Revocable Living Trust to avoid probate upon your death or disability. Once your family makes it through those difficult times you can require that the revocable trust ends.
Fourth, there is an old legal rule called the “Rule Against Perpetuities” which can terminate your trust after a certain number of years. With good drafting and good advice, I’ve never had a client’s Connecticut Revocable Trust terminated by the rule against perpetuities.
So these are some of the ways a Connecticut Revocable Living Trust can expire. As you can see, in every instance the creator of the trust is in control of when the trust terminates.
The Nirenstein Horowitz and Associates Savings Challenge
Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates does a lot of Connecticut Revocable Living Trusts. Barry Horowitz and his staff are very good at selling Connecticut Revocable Trusts. Unfortunately they can also be too expensive for many people in this difficult economy.
I know, I worked there for several years. CTLivingTrust.com exists for people like you that want the benefits of a Connecticut Living Trust without the high price tag.
Everyone that goes to a Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates living trust seminar receives a discount certificate to reduce the fee of their Connecticut Living Trust. Now, you have the choice to use that certificate for extra savings.
The Challenge
The attorney that you work with through CTLivingTrust.com will now match the discount on your Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates seminar certificate. This is on top of the already reduced prices available through CTLivingTrust.com. You must have the original Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates seminar certificate to receive this discount and it must be turned over to your attorney.
Living Trust Terms – Grantor
It is important to understand and become familiar with some common terms associated with Connecticut Revocable Trusts before deciding if one is right for you. Today we will discuss the term “Grantor.”
The Grantor is the person who creates the Connecticut Living Trust. The Grantor decides what property to include in the trust and who the beneficiaries of the trust will be. The Grantor can change any part of the Connecticut Revocable Trust trust as often as he or she likes.
The grantor is also known as the Trustor.
